Air Design Heating and Cooling in the Salt Lake Valley was established in 1995 by Rhett Marshall and Gene Anderson. Since our inception we have enjoyed strong growth by giving our customers great service at a fair price. We currently have a workforce of about 45 employees which enables us to provide timely and efficient services to our clients, including Utah heating and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance in the Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Wasatch, and Tooele Counties.

  “Air Design installed a new Furnace and A/C in our new home. We have had nothing but problems since day 1 of moving in. We noticed the Furnace was blowing cold air the first day we moved in. I called Air Design and they sent out a technician who reset the system and was back on his way. We had the technician out 3 more times before we were told that the furnace was not installed properly and they had to install more return because the system was overheating and was not designed properly for our home. We expected after this problem was solved we wouldn't have any more problems. We were wrong. We continued to see more problems only to find out that the furnace was still overheating and the technician didnt complete all the tasks promised the last time they were out to install more return in the house.
  
  Because of all the problems we had with the furnace I was concerned that we would have problems with the A/C however the technician said he couldnt check the A/C at the time so we would have to call if there was a problem once we turned on the A/C unit. The time came to turn on the A/C unit and we noticed that the compressor was not blowing cold air. I called again this being the 6th time we have had Air Design come out to fix their problems and the technician told me that there was a leak in the A/C compressor. I was very frustrated because this unit had never been turned on before and we already had problems.
  
  Because Air Design has caused a lot of problems I called the company to see if there could be something done to make up for all the problems. I was told there is nothing they can (or will) do.
  I would not recommend this company to anyone. I obviously dont trust the work they do and I fear that we are going to continue to have more problems down the road.”
