  “This service place is a joke! Plumber shows up in a hoopty van with no credentials! I asked to see them and he gave me his driver license! I allowed him to come in my home and do the work he was asked to do by American Home Shield. Plumber acted as if he didn't know what he was doing. Job was done to his knowledge and later lied and said he didn't even do any work in my home! He removed the toilet and put one ring under the toilet to prevent sewer gas. When it needed two rings to begin with. He knew he would be paid regardless of doing his job properly! I called the next morning and the woman that answers the phone also loves to give people the run around and lies as well! work needed to be redone and they would not come back out . The lied to me and said American Home Shield denied them coming back out when it was them he denied coming back out! Save your time and money!!!”

  “My air central conditioning unit was not functioning. I contacted my warranty company who in turn contracted with SERVICE PRO'S OF VIRGINIA,INC.\nTo repair my unit. The repair man came out Friday and claimed that he fixed the unit at 3pm. At 6:30 pm, I called because no cool air was blowing through my vents, and my house was still 92 degrees. No one bothered to call me back, so I contacted the warranty company again, and they created another work order. Finally, SERVICE PRO'S OF VIRGINIA,INC.\nCalled me back on Monday after I called them again. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or attempt to come back out Monday, but instead made another appointment for Tuesday. It remains to be seen whether they repair my unit or not!”

  “A&B is a friendly professional service provider that puts quality and customer satisfaction first. If you dont want to be treated like the next job in line call this company. They replaced a complete system for me and installed a dual fuel heat pump and gas furnace. They moved everything into the attic freeing up much needed space in an interior utility closet. The job was quality #1 with lots of time spent taping all the new duct work in place to prevent efficiency loss due to leaks. They did a great job and my new AC/Heat system is awesome!!”
